If your apartment building fits our investment criteria we will schedule a walk through to inspect the units and property. During our walk through we will take note of what repairs or other upgrades would be required if we purchased your building. With this information along with the monthly rental figures we can provide you an offer on the spot. If we agree on a price, we handle all the paperwork and draw up a contract that is then taken to a title company. The title company prepares the property for the closing. Once the closing has gone through you will receive your money and it’s that easy!
